Frequently asked questions

How do I create an account?

Visit app.inekia.io/auth/signup. Sign-up takes less than 2 minutes and grants you access to a 7-day free trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account area, go to the Billing section, then click on Manage my subscription. You can cancel at any time. Your access is maintained until the end of the paid period.

Can I change plans?

Yes, you can modify your subscription at any time from your account area. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We encrypt all data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, we use automatic backups, and we never share your data with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Does InekIA use my data to train AI models?

No. We never use your data to train our models or those of our vendors. Each request is processed to generate a response and is not reused for training purposes.

How do I exercise my GDPR rights?

Write to contact@inekia.io specifying your request (access, rectification, erasure, portability, etc.). We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Send us an email at contact@inekia.io with:

  • A description of the problem
  • Steps to reproduce
  • A screenshot if relevant
  • Your browser and operating system

We handle critical bugs within 24 hours and minor bugs within 7 days as a general rule.

Can I suggest a new feature?

Gladly. Write to contact@inekia.io. We study every suggestion and integrate priority feedback into our roadmap.

Security disclosures

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability or a data leak, please contact us immediately at contact@inekia.io with the subject [SECURITY].

We commit to:

  • Respond to you within 24 hours
  • Treat the vulnerability as top priority
  • Keep you informed of the resolution
  • Not pursue good-faith security researchers (responsible disclosure programme)

If your request has not received a satisfactory response, you may:
